Tools Tip
Tooltips can be attached to any active element (icons, text links, buttons, etc.) on a page. They provide descriptions or explanations for their paired element. Thus, tooltips are highly contextual and specific and don't explain the bigger picture or entire task flow.

Tooltip blocks are used to provide clarity to items or to convey item information messages.
Tooltip messages are categorized into 12 varient types based on possible item position. At all times the padding between the tool tip text and boundary should always be 16px on all side.
